We would have been happy with anything, but did not even receive an apology, actually we were told they did nothing wrong, which left a bad impression. We had to call our children to track our phone (left in the car) to make sure our car was not slolen! We were told the manager would meet us and make this right which did not happen. And it said my name on the phone in the room :p We spent an hour of our precious gambling and swimming time worried and waiting on them to find our car. What was NOT our fault was they could not find our car or my name in the system as a guest AT ALL. The problem was that when we went to get our car from valet they shuttled us to the wrong area, which was partially our fault ( I guess) for pulling up to the wrong hotel. Be aware if you want to go to the pool, this is the tower you want to be in. We stayed in the sky tower and the room was pretty good for the amount of time we were in it.
